ബര്‍ലിന്‍: ജര്‍മനിയിലെ നിയമാനുസൃത ആരോഗ്യ ഇന്‍ഷുറന്‍സ് കമ്പനികള്‍ക്ക് 2023~ല്‍ മരുന്നുകള്‍ക്കായി എന്നത്തേക്കാളും കൂടുതല്‍ ചെലവഴിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു.

നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആരോഗ്യ ഇന്‍ഷുറന്‍സ് കമ്പനികള്‍ക്ക് 2023~ല്‍ റെക്കോഡ് ചെലവുകള്‍ ഉണ്ടായതിനാല്‍ മരുന്നുകളുടെ വില സമീപ വര്‍ഷങ്ങളില്‍ കുത്തനെ ഉയര്‍ന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒമ്പത് വര്‍ഷത്തിനിടെ ചെലവ് 74 ശതമാനം വര്‍ധിച്ചു. പേറ്റന്റ്~സംരക്ഷിത മരുന്നുകളാണ് പ്രധാന ചെലവ് പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ഉയര്‍ന്ന വിലക്കൂടുതല്‍. അല്‍ഷിമേഴ്സ് രോഗത്തെ ചികിത്സിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഒരു പുതിയ സജീവ ഘടകത്തിന് യൂറോപ്യന്‍ മെഡിസിന്‍സ് ഏജന്‍സി അംഗീകാരം നല്‍കി. പേറ്റന്റുള്ള മരുന്നിന് 17 മടങ്ങ് വില കൂടുതലാണ്. ഇതുമായി താരതമ്യപ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോള്‍, പേറ്റന്റ് പരിരക്ഷയില്ലാത്ത ജനറിക് മരുന്നുകളുടെ വില ഇതേ കാലയളവില്‍ 31 ശതമാനം ഉയര്‍ന്നു.

2014~ലെ 26.60 യൂറോയുമായി താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ 2023~ല്‍ ഇവിടെ ഒരു പായ്ക്ക് മരുന്നുകളുടെ ശരാശരി വില 34.85 യൂറോയാണ്. 2023 ല്‍, പേറ്റന്റ് ഉള്ള മരുന്നുകള്‍ക്ക് പേറ്റന്റ് ഇല്ലാത്തതിനേക്കാള്‍ 17 മടങ്ങ് വില കൂടുതലാണ്. 2014ല്‍ ഇത് ഏഴിരട്ടിയായി. ഡെലിവറി തടസ്സങ്ങള്‍ ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ ഉടനീളം മരുന്നുകളുടെ ക്ഷാമത്തിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്നു. കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കുള്ള പനിയും വേദനസംഹാരികളും നിലവില്‍ ലഭിക്കാന്‍ വളരെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്.

ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ ഏകദേശം 75 ദശലക്ഷം ആളുകള്‍ നിയമപരമായി ഇന്‍ഷ്വര്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
