ബര്‍ലിന്‍: ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ 15 യൂറോ മിനിമം വേതനം ആക്കണമെന്ന് ലോവര്‍ സാക്സണി സംസ്ഥാന മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി സ്റെറഫാന്‍ വെയില്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.

രാജ്യത്തെ മിനിമം വേതനം നിലവില്‍ 12.41 യൂറോയില്‍ നിന്ന് 14 യൂറോയായി ഉയര്‍ത്തണമെന്നാണ് (എസ്പിഡി) പാര്‍ക്കാരനായ വെയില്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടത്. പണപ്പെരുപ്പത്തിന്റെ വേഗത നിലനിര്‍ത്താന്‍ ലക്ഷ്യം കുറഞ്ഞത് 14 അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ 15 യൂറോ ആയിരിക്കണം എന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.

അതേസമയം, ദീര്‍ഘകാല തൊഴിലില്ലായ്മ ആനുകൂല്യമായ ബുര്‍ഗര്‍ഗെല്‍ഡ് (പൗരന്മാരുടെ അലവന്‍സ്) സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന ആളുകള്‍ക്ക് കടുത്ത ഉപരോധം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തണമെന്ന് വെയില്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ മെയ് മധ്യത്തില്‍ ഒരു അഭിമുഖത്തില്‍, ചാന്‍സലര്‍ ഒലാഫ് ഷോള്‍സ് (ടജഉ) മിനിമം വേതനം 15 യൂറോയായി ക്രമേണ വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് അനുകൂലമായി സംസാരിച്ചിരുന്നു.മിനിമം വേതന കമ്മിഷന്റെ സ്വതന്ത്ര പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഒരു ചര്‍ച്ചയ്ക്കും അദ്ദേഹം തുടക്കമിട്ടു.

ഉയര്‍ന്ന മിനിമം വേതനം വേണമെന്ന ആവശ്യങ്ങളും എസ്പിഡി, ഗ്രീന്‍സ്, ഇടതുപക്ഷം, ട്രേഡ് യൂണിയനുകള്‍ എന്നി കക്ഷികളും ഇപ്പോള്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.മിനിമം വേതന കമ്മീഷന്‍ പിന്നീട് പതിവുപോലെ വര്‍ഷം തോറും കൂടുതല്‍ വര്‍ദ്ധനവ് തീരുമാനിച്ചു. 2024 ന്റെ തുടക്കം മുതല്‍, ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ വേതനം 12.41 യൂറോ ആയിരുന്നു, 2025 ന്റെ തുടക്കത്തില്‍ 41 സെന്റിന്റെ കൂടുതല്‍ വര്‍ദ്ധനവ് ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
